Here’s how you can start building YOUR people…

First, I have to say—

Professional development isn’t enough anymore. Organizations must include PERSONAL development too.

What does that mean?

It means that training someone on professional skills is great, but if we aren’t building people up HOLISTICALLY (as whole people! not just employees), it isn’t sustainable.

And as a result, we won’t be able to build our companies.

The Randstad 2022 Work-Life Coaching study says…

There are disconnects between employees and their organizations that are causing higher turnover and lost productivity. There is a trend toward employees wanting more development and growth opportunities that go beyond just their professional lives:

●      99% of employers see coaching as having a positive or very positive impact on the wider business.

●      93% of employees feel open and receptive to new job opportunities. This holds true across generations, gender, and geography.

●      85% of employees say that an employer-funded coaching program shows them that their employer cares about them.
