Most people spend more time at work than with their own families.
But a global poll conducted by Gallup found that a massive 85% of workers around the world are UNHAPPY IN THEIR JOB.
Another survey by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) found that 61% of US respondents believe their DIRECT MANAGER or supervisor has a SIGNIFICANT IMPACT on their job satisfaction or engagement.
What does this mean?
***It means that YOU as a leader matter.
***YOU as a leader can make a difference for your team.
***YOU as a leader can champion the individuals who report to you in a way that allows them to be fulfilled at the place they spend most of their waking hours.
That may seem like a big responsibility – and yes, being a leader is a big RESPONSIBILITY.
But it is also an incredible OPPORTUNITY to make a difference, and you wouldn’t be where you are today if you weren’t up to the task.
And the good news? You’re not in it alone.
