Why it’s important for leaders to grow INDIVIDUALLY and TOGETHER…

by | Mar 22, 2022

It’s awesome when a leader can individually develop and grow.

When we work with leaders one-on-one, the topics can range from fixing derailing relationships to missing the mark in meeting business objectives, knowing how to set bigger goals, to understanding how to better engage and coach their team.

It’s amazing and FUN to watch leaders shift their mindset, adapt their approach, improve their leadership, and create an even greater (and more positive) impact.

But this impact AMPLIFIES when there’s a TEAM OF LEADERS learning and leveling-up their leadership effectiveness TOGETHER, because it has an exponential effect in the team and on the business as a whole.

When people experience learning together:

  1. There’s a stronger bond of trust created.
  2. They begin to have each others’ backs.
  3. They model courage in sharing feedback more consistently.
  4. They grow in their ability to collaborate and get results.

I love to see the transformation that happens in this setting!

This is why I’m so passionate about pairing INDIVIDUAL leadership coaching with TEAM coaching. We see the benefit of BOTH – in the quality of learning, for accountability, for sustainability, and transformation. This is why our program addresses both.

When leaders can develop individually AND together, the results are astounding:

–        The people they lead enjoy coming to work.

–        The leaders and their teams experience less stress and more fun at work.

–        They’re more confident in dealing with people related issues.

–        They navigate conflict more effectively.

–        They solve business problems more collaboratively.

–        They improve productivity and efficiency.

–        Employee engagement improves.

–        Communication, trust, and teamwork improves across business units.

–        The company grows in its profitability long-term.
