The #1 Question to Ask Yourself as Leaders…

When your employees come to work, are they EXCITED & MOTIVATED?

Or are they like the 71% of the workforce that is DISENGAGED & UNMOTIVATED?

It IS possible for all of us, leaders & employees alike, to do work that gives us a sense of PURPOSE.

But it’s up to us as leaders to clearly show how each team member’s contributions align with the overall mission of the company.

When they’re engaged, passionate & love what they do, they bring the best version of themselves to work. And that spills over into all areas of life.

Like negative energy, positive energy is also contagious.

Leaders often lose sight of this.

For example:

If you make doors & frames, you’re not just “making a door or frame.” That door/frame might go into a hospital where it keeps thousands of patients safe.

So, regardless of what your organization DOES, ask yourself, WHY do you do it?
