Your vision and belief determines your future.

This is ESSENTIAL for leaders to understand…

Leaders bring the weather—they are the thermostat of culture in their teams and organizations.

And if leaders don’t have passion around a compelling VISION for what their team can achieve…

If they don’t BELIEVE that their team can achieve it…

Then those leaders and their teams will fall to that lowest level of vision and belief they do think is possible.

BUT these same leaders can be the catalyst for great success if they lift their VISION and BELIEF to a higher level!

Because, “whether you think you can, or you think you can’t—you’re right!”

We as leaders set the tone. People will rise or fall to our level of belief and vision for what’s possible. Here are some tips for lifting your vision and inspiring your team with it:

(1) Examine where your thinking is small. What have you said you and your team “can’t” do? Is it really true? What IS possible for you to be and do as a team or organization? Recognize where your thinking has limited you.

(2) Make a list of what you would like to see happen if every current obstacle were removed right now.

(3) Bring that list to your team. Ask them to add to it. And brainstorm together how to address the obstacles that stand in the way.

(4) Make up your mind, and get buy-in from your team that you will raise the level of your thinking and believing about what’s possible.
