This was the feedback we received from an HR leader who sat in on an employee meeting with one of her front-line leaders.
This client had called our team in to develop & coach a group of emerging leaders through our Coach Approach to Leadership program.
Many of these leaders came to the program struggling to lead their teams effectively. Frustrated by the lack of motivation of the associates on the floor & the lack of ownership & accountability of their team, the leaders would either over-respond to conflict or avoid it all together.
They embarked on the development & coaching journey that equipped, encouraged and empowered them to:

Not only did they transform their individual leadership skills through 1:1 coaching, but because they were learning together monthly in group sessions – they became a stronger team…increasing communication & collaborating frequently with one another.
The growth they experienced also translated directly to the business, because they:
– increased productivity and efficiency,
– solved problems together faster, and
– brought more positive energy to their work as they coached their team for better performance.
AND these results were despite the pandemic!
