“I’m seeing the difference!” This was the feedback we received recently from a senior leader.
He and the senior leadership team are going through The Coach Approach to Leadership, learning and applying the concepts of moving from BOSS to COACH.
He went on to say that he is noticing himself and the other leaders TALKING, THINKING, AND ACTING differently when they are faced with ‘people’ and ‘business’ related challenges.
***Instead of feeling frustrated and trying to force or push through issues, they are showing up more like a coach – curious, open, looking deeper to understand what is truly causing the issue or challenge…and addressing the ‘root’ rather than the ‘fruit’.***
