Are You at Risk of Breaking Relationships

As leaders, we are often so busy driving toward results that we can unknowingly break relationships in the process.

⚠️ Are you at risk? 

Here are 6 things for you to consider…

#1 What leadership behaviors do you practice that build trust? What traits or behaviors could potentially break trust?

#2Are you being 100% accountable for what works and what isn’t working in your area of responsibility? How do you respond when you see others not being accountable?

#3 How are you “being” and what are “doing” to inspire and motivate your team?

#4 Would your team say they are clear on expectations? Do they have the information and resources necessary to achieve  goals?

#5 When conflicts arise,

how do you respond? Does your team feel safe to debate, discuss, disagree, and share feedback?

#6 Are you prioritizing regular one-on-ones with your direct reports to celebrate wins, work through challenges/remove barriers, and check on how they are doing personally?

Self-awareness and being intentional is essential to great leadership. Don’t get so busy driving toward results that you unknowingly break relationships.
