Today was the ‘leader retreat & wrap up’ of the first phase – where they have been going deep to discover the WHO of leadership, to understand and leverage their leadership DNA, and to measure the impact their leadership is having on their organizations through a comprehensive leadership 360 assessment.
Going through this process is not for the faint of heart! 😊 It requires courage, commitment to growing as a leader, and being open to feedback. The Senior Director of Operations who shared the comment below invested in, and all of this hard work was completed ON TOP of having one of their busiest years ever!
