Let me explain.

When I first began coaching leaders, I realized that many of them had experienced a gap in leadership development programs.

The gap was this: they had been taught theories and principles. But their growth and change wasn’t sustained. Why? Because the training didn’t connect those theories and principles to the leaders personally, and it didn’t show how it translated to achieving business goals.

Most leaders are leaders because they’ve been able to get results. They meet the deadlines. They reach the goals—or even surpass them.

But they often struggle with the “people” side of leadership—the soft skills, as many refer to it.

When those leaders who have proven they can get results grow holistically as a leader (which requires transformation, not just training), they will:

  1. become more self-aware,
  2. connect the dots between the ‘soft skills’ of leadership to the business,
  3. achieve goals faster and, eventually, with less stress.

When I started Executive Impact, it was to provide TRANSFORMATION, not just training…a journey that would help a leader develop WHO they are as a leader—from the inside out, in a way that is sustainable. And this has proven to elevate the leader, their team, and the organization as a whole.
