High turnover costs a lot.

And not just in terms of budget, but let’s talk budget to start.

  1. According to Gallup, employee turnover cost can range from one-half to two times an employee’s annual salary!!
  2. The survey also stated that “over 1/2 of exiting employees (51%) say that in the three months before they left, neither their manager nor any other leader spoke with them about their job satisfaction or future with the organization.

So, what’s the problem?

The problem is:

LACK of RELATIONSHIP.

As leaders, we must strike a healthy balance between driving toward results while also staying in ‘relationship’.

We—the leaders—set the culture for our team…and we also have a direct impact on employee turnover.
