That doesn’t mean all supervisors are “bad bosses.”

That’s why I created The Coach Approach to Leadership™ model. To develop coach leaders who confidently coach, motivate, and inspire their team to achieve breakthrough business results.
It’s a framework for leadership training, combined with coaching, that actually transforms ‘managers to leaders’ and ‘bosses to coaches’. Which is statistically proven to positively affect a company’s bottom line.
Here’s how it works. There are four phases…
01—DISCOVER. This is where your team digs into their leadership styles, natural wiring, and how those factors are affecting the team dynamic.
02—RELATE. This is all about relationships, emotional intelligence, trust, and what it looks like to influence and healthily motivate people.
03—COACH. This is one of my favorite parts because this is where I get to pass along my skills as a coach to YOU. So you can enable each of your team members to bring the best version of themselves to work. This phase is all about understanding human behavior and developing both the mindset and skillset to be a great coach.
04—ACHIEVE. All this is leading somewhere, and we’ll see that in results. Leaders are equipped to clearly cast a vision, operate with clear expectations and goals, lead and leverage their own time well, and delegate for development so they consistently build a leadership bench.
