- How do you RESPOND when you see others ‘NOT’ being accountable?
- How are you ‘being’ and what are you ‘doing’ to consistently INSPIRE and MOTIVATE your team?
- Would your team say they are CLEAR on EXPECTATIONS and have the INFORMATION & RESOURCES necessary to achieve goals?
- When conflicts arise, how do YOU respond? How does your TEAM respond? Is it safe to discuss, debate, disagree, share feedback?
