Is Your Leadership Culture an Asset?

Is Your Leadership Culture an Asset (Contributing to) or a Liability (Costing) Your Organization?

You can’t manage what you don’t measure.

Yet so many companies are missing the mark on adequately measuring the effectiveness of their leaders and the health of their workplace culture.

Just like we can measure IQ or EQ, we can measure:

*** LQ (Leadership Quotient = The measure of whether leadership is contributing to or costing an organization), as well as

*** ENTROPY of the culture (Cultural Entropy = The amount of energy in a group consumed in unproductive work. It is the measure of conflict, friction, frustration or fear that exists within a group.)

Since leadership effectiveness and a thriving workplace culture are both statistically correlated to business success, it is essential for leaders to regularly measure it.

The intention is to be aware of where we are so that we can either course correct or further scale the level of effectiveness.

An organization cannot outperform the collective effectiveness of its leaders or the health of the culture.

Is Your Leadership Culture an Asset working for you?

Is your leadership talent an ASSET contributing to the organization’s success or a LIABILITY that’s costing you?
