Here’s the concept…
People need 3 key things:
1. SomeTHING to believe in
2. SomeONE to believe in
3. Someone to BELIEVE IN THEM
SomeTHING to believe in: Everyone (including their team & company) needs an inspirational purpose/vision to work toward.
SomeONE to believe in: They need a leader who walks the walk and is someone others want to follow.
Someone to BELIEVE IN THEM: They need a leader who sees their gifts & potential (even when they might not see it themselves) & can believe in them even when their confidence may be waning.
Whether you realize it or not, almost everyone wants these 3 things.
When one or more are missing, it impacts their energy, how they show up & the results they produce.
Which ultimately impacts your entire organization, company culture & your bottom line.
