33 years ago today was the first day of my first HR position – back when HR was called ‘Personnel’. (And yes – I’m really dating myself to share that! 😂)
At 17 years old, I definitely didn’t intentionally pick my path. But looking back, I realize it was a divine appointment. One that led me on an amazing journey into my areas of passion and gifting – people, business and specifically transforming leaders and leadership teams.❤️
