Before I started Executive Impact, I was the Senior Corporate HR leader of a company that grew from 250 to 10k employees in less than 5 years.

During that time…

we built a business dream team culture where employees were:

  1. excited,
  2. engaged,
  3. & working passionately toward a common vision.

It wasn’t until I later began consulting that I discovered a dream team culture was NOT AT ALL common.

I discovered 3 main issues:

  1. The surveys and stats are TRUE…almost 7/10 employees are disengaged & unmotivated.
  2. Individual contributors or technical experts who get promoted to leadership roles often lack the skills to lead. This creates high levels of stress for leaders and employees.
  3. HR leaders are so busy putting out ‘fires’ it limits their ability to focus on proactive development & growth.

It has become my mission to close the gap in these 3 areas.
