- The surveys and stats are TRUE…almost 7/10 employees are disengaged & unmotivated.
- Individual contributors or technical experts who get promoted to leadership roles often lack the skills to lead. This creates high levels of stress for leaders and employees.
- HR leaders are so busy putting out ‘fires’ it limits their ability to focus on proactive development & growth.
It has become my mission to close the gap in these 3 areas.
