The transformational program is for “emerging or existing leaders” to elevate the skills necessary to effectively lead and work with others. Through interactive coaching and experiential learning activities, participants develop further mastery in four core leadership competencies.
Participants complete the ProfileXT Assessment prior to the training. During the training session, participants will gain an in-depth awareness about their individual leadership wiring and how others may perceive their leadership strengths and weaknesses.
